Hello!! so long never post liao lorh. Because kind of lazy loo. haha.

today:

wake up at 10+ like that. then jiu perpare bath see newspaper tie hair and blah blah. gort ready for dance. then eat lunch. then go out of the house, went to take bus to JP to take mrt to school. then reach gombak. waited for pris to come. then both of us were early than the time we are suppose to meet, LOLS!

then went to 7-11. cos pris haven eat then she wanna to buy choco to eat as lunch. then i also go in to buy sweet. XD . then walk to school. then went to hall, prepare , wear 舞鞋. then jiu teacher come. then jiu start ji beng gong. this time is teacher give us 15 min then we stretch ourself. then miie and pris jiu slack dun want to do split. then jiu ti tui. then jiu start dance. then finish le, guess what the teacher say, she said that this is the first time we dance so well for the starting dance for the day. 有史以来 cans? lol. then jiu dance dance. then she say want to give us break then dance finish jiu say dance one more time. so tiring can. then jiu no choice dance again. change some of the steps near the ending part. but i everytime do until that part jiu forget what i nid to do liao.

then she jiu give us break. then i jiu sat on the chair to rest. in fact i am trying to get some sleep. then she jiu us we allt o stand at our position for the ji beng gong. then thought what she want us to do. she jiu say 50 sit-ups . then do finis liao she jiu say do 50 backward sit-ups. then do finish liao , she jiu let us do 20 push-ups. then for the push-up i jiu do all at one go. then finished she jiu ask we all to lie down on the floor to close the eye. she wants we all to rest barh. then suddenly she jiu play the SYF de music, then i listen and think the steps at the same time. then left 1/2 hour nia. then jiu dance row by row. then i at the first row then nid to start first, then gort one part is i stand at the front to do the jump thingy. then cause irene not at the first row the i nid to do all the movement by myself then jazreel they all jiu say 'tomato 被 squesh' then i jiu laugh. then the other ppl see we dance also laugh. then jiu other row dance. then jiu end le. then jiu go home liao.
